This form has been built for plumbers to be able to produce a professional Residential Tenancy Water Efficiency Certificate for their clients. 
 
You can now purchase this form directly from the "Form Store" in ServiceM8 for automatic download to your account. Log into ServiceM8 - Go to Settings - Forms, then click on Form Store and search water efficiency.
 
Once uploaded onto your ServiceM8 account you can fill this form in on your iphone, ipad or computer.
 
If you need to make changes you may wish to book in a Forms training session with Tradies Rescue ($180 + GST p/hr)
 
Client Details: All prefilled from the job card
Your Company Details: In the header your company details will prefill with details from 'Perferences, Company Details' in ServiceM8.
Plumbers Lic No: Add licence number to individual staff members so these will auto populate on the form. Go to settings, staff, click on industry specific and add their licence number.
QBCC Lic No: Once for form is loaded onto your account, go to Settings, Forms, edit the form and click on template details.  Fill in your QBCC details here so they will auto populate on the form.
